Huge Christmas Hobbycraft Haul!

My favourite time of the year is almost here…Christmas!!!!

I haven’t thought about Christmas shopping for presents yet but I have done all my Christmas craft shopping! I got it all from Hobbycraft which has an amazing selection of Christmas items that just seeing put me in the Christmas spirit!

Everything I bought I’ll be making over the next month and of course blogging a step by step guide of how to make each item.

Here’s what I got:

Make a Traditional Wreath Bundle

I never buy a Christmas Wreath let alone make one but I wanted to get this because I love how traditional they are.  The set I went for includes an artificial wreath along with decorations to add. My favourite decoration has to be the red berry Christmas garland. The tone of the red really pops and I can’t wait to get making this so I can hang it proudly on my door.

Make Your Own Stocking Bundle

The next set is to make your very own Christmas stocking. I’ve only bought one but I may be tempted to buy more so I can make one for everyone in my family. It’s quite a basic set containing a linen stocking, some felt and glitter. This means you really have to let your imagination run wild and come up with your own creative ideas to make it look good.

This is a wooden tree calendar complete with 24 draws for you to put treats in. The tree is large and well made and I’m really excited to get decorating it!  I love how once finished it will be an item that I will bring out year after year.

Make Your Own Santa and Reindeer Christmas Crackers Kit

There is no need to decorate these make your own crackers, just assemble them – I’m sure they’ll be pretty quick to make. I love the reindeer and Father Christmas designs and I’m already thinking about what little treats I can hide inside!

 Last but not least in my huge Hobbycraft haul is this paperchain set. It includes 90 strips of paper with Christmas lights and Father Christmas/penguin design. The great thing about these kits is the pack also comes with sheets of double-sided tape to make it really easy to stick it together.
